Indtubes have ZERO TOLERANCE towards child sexual abuse and exploitation
of any types including harassment, discrimination, unfair treatment of child and
amongst / between children or minor, be it on any basis including nationality,
caste, creed, race, religion, socio-economic status, skin color, educational
background, sexual orientation, physical limitation, mental limitations, being
specially abled, earning capacity, family background, and such other
discriminations and unfair treatments which are prejudicial to any child's
interest.
Indtubes encourages its users to release contents which are meaningful in
positive manner in any child’s life be it education, physical fitness, mental
fitness, encouraging, career oriented, opportunity oriented, positively influence
child’s mental, physical, social condition and provides hopes for future life.
A minor (any individual whose age is less than or equal to 18 years) can only use
Indtubes platform under guidance of parents/ legal guardian and such account
has to be maintained in the name of the parents/ legal guardian.
Indtubes encourages users to come forward, identify and report any videos which
in their respective opinion have negative effect on any child including videos
having content such as child sexual abuse, exploitation, discrimination, etc.
By clicking the ‘REPORT’ option available for each video along with a brief reason
for reporting. Indtubes is committed to remove the content of such video (and
even remove the offending user for uploading subsequent violative videos)
provided that the allegations made by the complainant is found to be correct.
